APAR status

Error description

• When migrating between two Unix or Linux systems with an
  external library configured, the library is not migrated into
  the new profile.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

  External libraries are picked up and saved in the migration
  backup directory when -machineChange true is specified for
  WASPreUpgrade, but WASPostUpgrade does not migrate the
  libraries into the correct location on the new machine. This
  is because migration removes the first element of the path to
  the external libraries, causing no files to be found in the
  backup directory and none to be migrated.
  

Problem conclusion

• Migration was updated to preserve the correct path to the
  libraries, so WASPostUpgrade can find them and move them to
  the correct location on the target system.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 9.0.0.4.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
