• Websphere Extreme Scale client in Liberty throws
  NullPointerException if SSL transport is TCP/IP but no SSL
  configuration

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When WebSphere eXtreme Scale client     *

  *                      it throws a NullPointerException.       *
  *                      This result in WebSphere eXtreme        *
  *                      Scale client not able to connect to     *
  *                      server.                                 *

  retrieve SSL configuration even though it is configurated not
  to.
