PI79500: WMQ AMS: CSQ0UTIL IS USED TO DISPLAY POLICIES BUT NO POLICIES CSQ0448I INDICATES THE COMMAND FAILED

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Using MQ AMS running CSQ0UTIL command 'dspmqspl -m CSQ1'
  returned 'CSQ0468I No policies found' as expected, however this
  was followed by 'CSQ0448I Command failed'.
  When no policies have ever been defined and CSQ0468I is issued
  to report this, the command should be treated as successful.

  When displaying security polices CSQ0UTIL attempts to locate the
  policies using an index record. However if no policies have ever
  been defined this index will not have been created and the
  utility fails.
  

Problem conclusion

• CSQ0UOPQ is changed to return successfully when displaying
  policies if the index record has not yet been created, handling
  the error the same as when the index record exists and no
  policies are currently defined.
