APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If the first character of the string to be matched is found
  before the end of identifier-1, a subsequent match may
  incorrectly take place with part of the item following
  identifier-1.
  
  For example, if adjacent items contain
  
      |MANY     MOR|ENCHILADAS|
                ^^^^^
  
  an INSPECT looking for all instances of "MORE" in the first item
  will erroneously produce a match including the initial "E" of
  the second item.

  An off-by-one error in the code generated for the INSPECT
  statement causes it to terminate the search one byte later than
  it should.
