• On Cognos 11.0.6 the New Feature "Custom Folder" doesn't work
  for member part of the "System Administrators" role.

  role with the highest priority no matter if it is customized or
  not
  If you believe that the product functionality should be changed,
  then an enhancement request should be logged, so that we can
  evaluate this with product management and determine the impact
  on current usage scenarios and product behavior.
