Error description

• Problem Description:
  After applying File Manager APAR PI47926, which issues a RLS
  mode open for VSAM files that are currently using RLS, non-File
  Manager jobs receive message:
  
  IEC161I 006-0122
  
  format of message :
  IEC161I (return code 006) rc[(sfi)]-ccc,jjj,
  sss,ddname,dev,ser,xxx, dsname,cat
  
  ccc = 122 - Non-RLS output processing requested but sphere
  already opened for RLS processing.
  
  
  This APAR will provide an option that will allow File Manager to
  run in Non-RLS mode. This will disable the RLS feature
  introduced in File Manager APAR PI47926.
  

Local fix

• Use File Manager CICS.

Problem conclusion

• File Manager is modified to introduce options module parameter
