• You have a Queue Sharing Group.  One of the CEC's was lost which
  included some images and a CF.
  Recovery was failing and taking the following errors,

Local fix

Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Abend 5C6-00C510B4 may occur after      *
  *                      issuing RECOVER CFSTRUCT command.       *
  ****************************************************************
  Queue managers in a queue sharing group may write log records
  of the type CSQE_ESPIN_UPDATE. When a RECOVER CFSTRUCT command
  is issued, process_log_records in CSQERRPB scans the active log
  backwards. When it encounters a record concerned with the
  coupling facility it calls process_CF_Logrecord. However
  CSQE_ESPIN_UPDATE records are not handled and the recover
  task abends with 5C6-00C510B4.
  

Problem conclusion

• CSQERRPB has been changed to ignore log records of type
  CSQE_ESPIN_UPDATE, allowing RECOVER CFSTRUCT to complete.
