Error description

• Running an application doing MQPUT or MQPUT1 , the
  call abends with the following symptom:
  
  Dump Title: WQV1,ABN=0C4-00000004,C=MQ900.900.MMC-CSQMCHKM,
  M=CSQGFRCV,LOC=CSQTOPLM.CMQZRFPA+
  
  
  The cause of the problem is that CSQMCHKM is trying to invoke
  zrfCheckCopyOptions but there is a problem
  with the linkage declarations (CSQDSTUB macro specifies F163RF1B
  rather
  than F163RF1E) which causes the 0C4 seen here.

  contains message properties embedded as an RFH2 header, an S0C4
  abend may occur in CMQZRFPA due to an incorrect internal
  function being invoked. The MQPUT call may fail with MQRC=2195
  (MQRC_UNEXPECTED_ERROR)
  

Problem conclusion

• Processing has been amended to ensure that the correct function
  is called.
