  This APAR adds support for accelerating queries which
  use the following:
   o CAST AS GRAPHIC/VARGRAPHIC
   o VARGRAPHIC/GRAPHIC built-in function (BIF) without CODEUNITS
   o VARGRAPHIC/GRAPHIC BIF for UNICODE tables
   o INSERT INTO ... from SELECT FROM accelerated-table or
     accelerator-only-table (AOT), where the SELECT specifies--
     - CAST AS VARGRAPHIC/GRAPHIC for UNICODE tables
     - BIFs VARGRAPHIC/GRAPHIC for UNICODE tables
     Note that INSERT from SELECT may result in unexpected length
     from the CAST (specifically, extra padding with blanks)
     when the column being inserted into is larger than the cast
     result length and the data is mixed or double-byte
     characters.
