  The abend occurs when using CSQUTIL MAKEDEF for QSGDISP(GROUP)
  or QSGDISP(SHARED) objects. Do_DB2Conn in CSQUTIL is passing in
  an in/out parameter to StoreGet that may be in read-only
  storage (depending on where CSQUTIL gets loaded, based on the
  APF authorisation of the library).

  value.
  
  The fix is targeted for delivery in APAR PI78494 for V9.0.3.
