APAR status

Error description

  • In IDz v14.0 if a Cobol program is compiled with CODEPAGE(37)
option, which is the default,
then when attempting to debug the program in standard mode, the
source listing does not
appear on the debug session on the client.
The probe trace  shows the error:  getIconv(46): Error - Cannot
find codepage IBM-37

Local fix

  • Compile the program with CODEPAGE(1047)
