that has multiple left outer joins and a subselect with a group
by clause.

An abend may occur for a complex SQL statement that uses
index on expression and GROUP BY clause because DB2 did not
handle index on expression and GROUP BY clause correctly.

Problem conclusion

  • DB2 has been modified to correctly process the complex SQL
statement that uses index on expression and GROUP BY clause.
