Error description

• While getting a message from SYSTEM.PENDING.DATA.QUEUE, the
  deferred put task abends due to an invalid IKR value.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Abend 5C6-00C93100 may be seen in       *
  *                      CSQIMGE1 for a deferred put task        *
  *                      when getting a message from the         *
  *                      SYSTEM.PENDING.DATA.QUEUE.              *
  ****************************************************************
  In deferred put processing when a message is initially put to
  the SYSTEM.PENDING.DATA.QUEUE, an IKR (index key record) is
  created for the message. Since it is indexed by CONNID the
  index uses just the first 16 bytes of the IKR.csKey instead of
  24 bytes as for the majority of indexes.The last 8 bytes may
  not be zeros
  When the deferred message is subsequently processed, CSQIMGE1
  checks that the IKR and message are consistent. In this case
  they don't match since there is residual data in IKR.csKey and
  so the abend occurs.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code has been changed to ensure IKR.csKey is initialised before
  use in this case.
