• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If you select a bean property as value provider, the correct
  value for 'value' attribute is displayed in the dialog  box.
  Click 'OK' in order to create value attribute for the element.
  
  The property value in Properties panel does not get updated and
  html is unchanged.
  

Local fix

• If manually type the value in the property box, then the change
  is reflected in the markup and the page works Okay.
