Error description

• MQRC 2195 (MQRC_UNEXPECTED_ERROR) reading a message with MQDLH
  header .
  Error is received because the MQMD contains a CodeCharSetId
  value of -1 (which is MQCCSI_EMBEDDED)

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: MQRC_UNEXPECTED_ERROR is returned on a  *
  *                      failed MQPUT, when the MQPUT fails due  *
  *                      to a badly formed message, with         *
  *                      MQMD.CodedCharsetId set to              *
  *                      MQCCSI_EMBEDDED but the message starts  *
  *                      with a MQDLH header.                    *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  A message with MQMD.CodedCharSetId of -1 (MQCCSI_EMBEDDED) is
  not valid when the message starts with a MQDLH header. Putting
  this message should fail, however when it fails, the MQPUT
  returns a MQRC_UNEXPECTED_ERROR (2195) when this should be a
  useful return code.
  

Problem conclusion

• Validity checking for message and CCSIDs has been corrected to
  return MQRC_SOURCE_CCSID_ERROR (2111) for the MQPUT in this
  case, which correctly represents the reason for the failure.
