The problem may be summarized as follows:
    1. The system has a customized USSTAB with a 3270 order as the
    last byte.
    2. A Telnet client connects to the Telnet server using the
    USSTAB
    3. A loop occurs in EZBTPUSW

Another possible symptom: an ABEND0C4 in EZBTPUSW

Problem conclusion

  • Telnet is updated to prevent the loop in EZBTPUSW.
