• Closed as program error.

Error description

• zCentric operation left in "S" status when the EQQE144I message
  is issued due to a EQQOUCEV file FULL condition and a daily plan
  (DP) is run.

  *                      dataset is full (EQQE146W).             *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  If zcentric jobs are submitted while the daily plan
  or plan extend is running, and the Output Collector
  event data set is full, with the following message
  issued:
  EQQE146W THE EQQOUCEV EVENT DATASET IS FULL
  some zCentric jobs could remain in Started status.
  

Problem conclusion

• The error RC from Output Collector event writing
  was not properly handled.
