• After MS Update KB3167679 has been applied to a Windows machine
  running IBM Cognos BI Content Manager, any password update due
  to expiry or forced update (Windows account setting "User must
  change password at next login") fails with
  CAM-AAA-0056/CAM-AAA-0064.
