PI71217: MQ V8: CSQE112E I/O ERROR WHEN ARCHIVE LOG DATASET SPANS MULTIPLE VOLUMES

Error description

• MQ v8:
  Mq does not correcly identify when an archive log dataset spans
  multiple volumes.
  MQ treats the dataset as if all log data is accessible on the
  first volume.
  If recovery processing needs to read data from a later volume, a
  POINT request is issued for a location which is beyond the end
  of the volume, and the subsequent read results in an I/O error.
  
  If the I/O error occurs while MQ is recovering a structure, it
  it is reported by message CSQE112E.
