PI70570: XML CONFIGURATION INSERTS CONTENT NODES AT INCORRECT POSITIONS FOR ORDINAL=

Error description

• The Portal XML schema allows the ordinal attribute for a
  content-node to be specified as integer or as values "first"
  and "last". When "first" or "last" is used, in may lead to
  insertion at unexpected positions.
