Error description

occur on disconnect because of the active single.logon
    directive.

This can happen when a user is forcibly disconnected from RDz
    9.5.1

    rsecomm.log shows +FEK210I 2241963 : <userid> was disconnected
forcibly because of the active single.logon directive.

The user can get the message that a MVS dataset
<rsedstc>.RDZ.ID.<id> cannot be created under the RSED's STC id
    instead of the actual userid!.

    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
01.IKJ56893I DATA SET <RSED_STC>.RDZ.IDxxxxid NOT ALLOCATED can
occur on disconnect because of the active single.logon
directive. ISPF gateway shutdown processing that occurs when
a user is forcibly disconnected from RSE may be performed
under the RSE daemon's user ID rather than the connected
user ID, resulting in data set access error messages

Problem conclusion

  • 01.Ensure that the ISPF gateway shutdown command is processed
by the connected user's ID rather than by the RSE daemon's
user ID when users are disconnected by the single.logon
       directive
