Error description

• Update to DB2 11 for z/OS native RESTful services support.
  
  Additional Symptoms fixed in this APAR:
  -Possible ABEND0C4 RC3A DSNXEFDA+2FCA when attempting to create
   a service name that already exists or attempting to drop a
   service name that does not exist.  After such an abend,
   the DB2 native REST service functionality is disabled until
   DDF is restarted.

  This APAR provides an update to the DB2 11 native RESTful
  services support.  In particular, this update REMOVES the
  recommendation of the initial delivery APAR, PI66828, to
  limit the overall size of the request and reply messages
  of a DB2 native RESTful service request to a maximum of
  one (1) megabyte.
  
  The DB2 Information APAR II14827 MUST be reviewed for
  any IMPORTANT additional documentation, and any known
  limitations or restrictions related to the DB2 native REST
  services support.
