Problem conclusion

• New code was added to activate application scoped
  context beans for the duration of the preDestory method of
  non-application scoped beans.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix packs 8.5.5.12 and 8.0.0.13.  Please refer to the
