PI70115: IBM EXPLORER FOR Z/OS V3.0 (ZEXPL) STOPPING THE RSE DAEMON DOES NOT STOP ALL OF THE ACTIVE THREADS/PIDS

Error description

• IBM Explorer for z/OS v3.0 - zExpl
  
  When a Stop RSE Daemon (Modify rsed, STOP) command is issued
  not all threads/PIDS are cleaned up.
  
  A subsequent display of the RSE Daemon will show some
  of the active threads.  The other threads that can be
  displayed by issuing the PS command.
