Error description

  • The WebSphere Application Server for z/OS "roadkill" feature
that attempts to free up threads that appear to be hung has a
signal handler that gets control for SIGVTALRM. This signal
handler, RasSignalHandler2, invokes ISGENQ to release an ENQ
and in some cases the ENQ may already have been freed, leading
to the system abend 0430 with reason code 02390815.

This originally surfaced to the user as an abend and dump due to
    USER COMPLETION CODE=4091 REASON CODE=00000006

The logdata revealed the underlying issue to be
    SYSTEM ABEND CODE: 0430
    ABEND REASON CODE: 02390815

A servant region handling a process signal abend
with SYSTEM ABEND CODE: 0430 and ABEND REASON CODE: 02390815.
The abend happens during the execution of the ISGENQ routine
while attempting to release an ENQ held for error log
processing. The abend takes place because the ENQ represented
by the ENQ token passed to the mentioned routine was
    previously released.
