Error description

• When creating either CSGLCGCG or CSGLCGCS resources the create
  will fail with message even when OPTION DUPREC SKIP; is

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
  * The BATCHREP DUPREC SKIP option is not honored when creating *
  * CSGLCGCS and CSGLCGCG records.  Instead, the create is       *
  * flagged as an error and no subsequent creates in the         *
  * BATCHREP stream are executed.                                *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  * After applying the PTF that resolves this APAR, all CMASes   *
  * must be restarted.  Note that the restarts do not need to    *
  * occur at the same time.                                      *
  ****************************************************************
  When method EYU0TAAC (TAAC) is called to create a CSGLCGCS or
  CSGLCGCG record, if it encounters a duplicate record, it returns
  a status of DUPLICATE_LINK.  BATCHREP requires a status of
  RECORD_EXISTS to allow the DUPREC SKIP option to be honored.
  

Problem conclusion

• TAAC has been updated to return a status of RECORD_EXISTS when
  asked to create a CSGLCGCS or CSGLCGCG that already exists.
  
  Methods EYU0TADI (TADI) and EYU0TAPB (TAPB), which call TAAC
  internally, have been updated to check for a status of
  RECORD_EXISTS instead of DUPLICATE_LINK.
  

Temporary fix

• Fix available by PTF only.
