Error description

  • Default behavior in most cases calls for a connection pool to
hit it's max connections before attempting to reuse and
re-authenticate over existing matching connections. This
avoids the overhead of searching the multiple hash tables that
organize the connections and prepping the connection for reuse.
But, when the free pool distribution table size is set to one,
this searching is not a concern and the overhead is mitigated
making it reasonable to reuse first, whenever possible, which
has the added benefit of a reduced memory foot print to handle
    a given workload.
