  • Receive ABEND0C4-04 in csect FMNRDR2 offset X'4C6' when using
the FM/DB2 editor against a DB2 view to which the user does not
have SELECT privilege.

Problem conclusion


    

  • File Manager DB2 component has been updated to correct the
problem.
This APAR includes 2 small enhancements to the FM/DB2
template editor.
1.  LHEX display is now supported for non-numeric columns.
LHEX display is turned on/off using the X prefix command on the
'Column Selection/Edit' panel.
2.  An escape character (backslash '\') can be added at the
start of a value entered on the 'Row Selection Criteria' panel
to bypass any validation.
 This allows any value to be specified for a column.
