  • The WXS dynacache server side (container) statistics are higher
than expected and continuously rise.

  • Use client side statistics

Problem summary

*                  use PMI or CSV to gather hit and get count  *
*                  statistics for dynacache grids.             *

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The WebSphere eXtreme Scale dynacache   *
*                      server side (container) statistics      *
*                      are higher than expected and            *
*                      continuously rise.                      *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
****************************************************************
The statistics function was updated to not process internal
transactions that do not reflect dynacache get operations.

Problem conclusion

  • An interim fix is available for this APAR upon request.
