This is the sequence of events :
--------------------------------
1) CEMT SET MQCONN NOTCONNECTED  / stop
   and CKTI is correctly terminated
2) CEMT S MQCONN CONNECT / start
   XL6SE1G0 Cannot open the initiation queue. MQCC=2 MQRC=2195
.
Problem happens only if there is long running task running in
the system at the time of the stop of the MQ connection.
