  Configuration Instructions:
  1. Customer needs to change existing dmr setting to enable this
  fix. The required values of the three settings in dmr.properties
  enablePreLoadCubeWithSingleSubQuery=auto
  CellFetchingAfterPreloading=NoLoad
  contextDependentIgnoreNullsAggregateRule=true
  
  2. turn off the dmr cube cache. There are three ways to turn off
  dmr cube cache.
  2.1 system level: dmr cube cache is turn off for all DMR
  reports: in dmr.properties, enableDMRcubeReuse=false
  2.2 FM modle level:dmr cube cache is turn off for all DMR
  reports using this FM model : in FM, "Project" --> "Edit
  Governors..", In the dialogbox, uncheck "Allow usage of local
  cache: " Please note this also turns off the SQL cache
  2.3 Report Level: In RS, in the query explorer, set "use Local
  Cache" to "no"
