PI63610: LIBRARIES THAT EXIST BUT ARE DISABLED CANNOT BE DELETED USING TH E DELETE LIBRARIES TASK

Fixes integrated in WebSphere Portal 8.5.0.0 Combined Cumulative Fixes

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Libraries that exist but are disabled cannot be deleted using
  the delete libraries task.
  
  
  To included disabled libraries, the forceDisabled parameter
  needs to be set to true. eg:
  ConfigEngine.sh|bat run-wcm-admin-task-delete-libraries
  -Dlibraries="library1,library2" -DforceDisabled=true
  

Local fix

• If possible, re-enable the library before attempting the
  deletion.
