Error description
COBOL V5 subroutines called from within a paragraph - when you do a STEP OVER on the paragraph call in remote debug and you use a preference file ( no matter which one ) with SET DEF LIST in it ( not needed for COBOL V5) caused Debug Tool to stop at the entry of the called program unexpectedly
