Error description

When an LPAR is IPL'd which is running the deployment manager
for a cell, controller regions on a second LPAR within the same
cell may abend with an 0C4-11.  The native stack for the
abending thread may look this:

A timing window exists during the creation of outbound IIOP
connections such that one thread can delete storage being used
by another thread, due to improper usage of the C runtime API
"getaddrinfo".

Problem conclusion

The use of getaddrinfo has been corrected to eliminate the
timing window between threads during outbound IIOP connections.

APAR PI62976 is currently targeted for inclusion in Fix Packs
8.0.0.13, 8.5.5.11, 9.0.0.2  of WebSphere Application Server.
