• About 200 bytes per XML message memory leak was reported while
  analyzing a testcase that uses the XML parser.

  experience a memory leak
  
  Problem Description:
  200 bytes leak in xml4c when a Leaf node has minOccurs=0 and
  maxOccurs in not -1, 0 or 1
  
  Platforms Affected:
  All
  

Problem conclusion

• Correct /src/xercesc/validators/schema/ComplexTypeInfo.cpp to
  properly init a new node so that the memory can be freed.
  IBM Integration Service Buss (IIB) team delivers this fix in
  libxml4c.so to IIB customers. IT15372 was raised to cover IIB
  deliveries.
