PI60108: ZCENTRIC JOB SUBMITTED TWICE

APAR status

• Closed as unreproducible in next release.

Error description

• Under certain condition could happen that zCentric jobs are
  submitted twice.
  When a job is submitted and the timeout condition occurs,
  a Query Job Status is performed to know which is the status of
  the job on the agent. If the QJS return a null string, than the
  job is submitted again.
  The QJS function needs to be handled in a different way in this
  particular scenario.
