APAR status

• Closed as documentation error.

Error description

• 1. Starting from APAR PM53096 it is needed to code the HOSTNAME
  in HTTPOPTS parameters for zCentric agents.
  Documentation needs to updated to reflect this behaviour.
  In the Customization and Tuning manual should be added that
  for zCentric agents connections the HOSTNAME must be coded in
  the HTTPOPTS section.

  2. Need to document that for using WSSTAT with STARTOPR(R)
  that this may cause jobs to b submitted twice= similar to
  JTOPTS WSOFFLINE parameter with the RESTART value (which is
  already documented that it can cause jobs to be submitted
  twice)
