  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When you issue PANELID command from     *
  *                      german panel EQQSOCJF it does not       *
  *                      work and following message is shown:    *
  *                                                              *
  *                      EQQX001E PANELID is not a valid         *
  *                               primary command                *
  *                                                              *
  *                      When you use the job detail template    *
  *                      and show EQQMOPRV or EQQSOPRV panels,   *
  *                      last pages are not aligned or           *
  *                      show dirty fields, if german version    *
  *                      is used.                                *
  *                                                              *
  *                      For TWS for z/OS 9.1 only:              *
  *                                                              *
  *                      Display of german panels EQQXSUBP       *
  *                      and EQQMOPRL fails.                     *

  * RECOMMENDATION: APPLY THE PTF FIXING THIS APAR               *

  When you issue PANELID command from german panel EQQSOCJF
  it does not work and following message is shown:
  
  EQQX001E PANELID is not a valid primary command
  
  When you use the job detail template and show EQQMOPRV or
  EQQSOPRV panels, last pages are not aligned or show dirty
  fields, if german version is used.
  
  For TWS for z/OS 9.1 only:
  
  Display of german panels EQQXSUBP and EQQMOPRL fails.
  

Problem conclusion

• EQQSOCJF problems was caused by the usage of a character
  included in german translation also to set up field
  characteristic.
  The EQQMOPRV , EQQSOPRV problem was due to an extra
  blank line in EQQMOPJT template
  EQQMOPRL and EQQXSUBP for version 9.1.0 failed
  due to splitted lines in body panel.
  
  Problems have been fixed (only german version was affected)
