Error description

• You will be unable to delete a resource template mapped with a
  deleted
  environment template.
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Create an application template
  2.For this app template create an environment template mapped to
  resource template named test
  3. Delete the application template created on step1
  4.Try to delete the resource template named test
  
  You will not be able to delete the resource template because it
  is used by a deleted environment template.
