  Abends similar to PI38007, however, PI38007 is applied.

  This is slightly different to PI38007 in that in this case an
  MQBACK is returning MQRC_OUTCOME_PENDING which is not handled
  by CSQ2QCP0 and the 5C6-00F20042 occurs (PI38007 was for an
  MQCMIT).

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When using the IMS bridge, abend        *
  *                      5C6-00F20042 or 5C6-00F20046 are        *
  *                      produced if connectivity is lost to the *
  *                      CF structure hosting a shared queue     *
  *                      used by the IMS bridge (either request  *
  *                      or reply), when the IMS bridge          *
  *                      processing attempts an MQBACK.          *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  When the IMS bridge is processing a message on a shared IMS
  request queue, or putting a message to a shared reply queue, it
  attempts an MQBACK for the unit of work. If the queue being used
  is hosted on a CF, and connectivity to that CF has been lost,
  the MQBACK will return with reason code MQRC_OUTCOME_PENDING.
  This should be considered a valid reason code, indicating that
  the MQBACK has been successfully issued. However IMS bridge
  processing treats reason code
  MQRC_OUTCOME_PENDING as an error, resulting in abends
  5C6-00F20042 (CSQ2_QCP0_CLOSE_ERROR) and 5C6-00F20046
  (CSQ2_QCP1_CLOSE_ERROR) from modules CSQ2QCP0 and CSQ2QCP1
  respectively.
  Message CSQ2004E is also produced, indicating that the MQBACK
  has failed with MQRC=2124 (MQRC_OUTCOME_PENDING).

Problem conclusion

• IMS bridge processing has been updated to correctly handle
  reason code MQRC_OUTCOME_PENDING returned during MQBACK
  processing, so that it no longer results in an error message and
  abend.
