Error description

• Client scanning code with RAA 6.1.0.9 experiences Analysis
  message:
  RC=16 TYPE=COBOL DMH1921E: Source analyzer failed, no data
  collected from file: <filename>
  Scanning same code using same scanner (Compiler-based) in RAA
  6.1.0.7 did not produce this error, and code scanned to
  completion.
  Additional symptoms in 6.1.0.9 may include Analysis messages
  like:
  RC=12 TYPE=COBOL IGYLI0088: (PROG1, line:13) The EXEC statement
  was invalid. Expected "END-EXEC", but found "01". The statement
  was discarded.
  RC=12 TYPE=COBOL IGYSC0207: (PROG1, line:0) Severe message(s)
  were issued during library phase processing. Refer to the
  beginning of the listing.
  

Local fix

• Using Proprietary scanner instead of Compiler-based scanner
  may, in some cases, allow the scan to complete successfully.
  

Problem summary

• When processing EXEC SQL INCLUDE statements, some conditions
  could cause information to be incorrectly written to an
  intermediate scanner file.
  

Problem conclusion

• RAA code was changed to correctly parse and handle EXEC SQL
  INCLUDE statements.
