Error description
When compiling a test case that writes a record into an ISAM file, the resulting binary may generate a FS=4 with an extended FS=34 error. Another syptom maybe a SEGV as well.

Problem summary
USERS AFFECTED: COBOL for AIX users with STL Relative and/or Indexed files may be affected by this issue. PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Delete and Rewrite could cause later I/O to see FS=04. The calculation when a buffer must be read was off by one unit.
Problem conclusion
The fix was to correct the calculation of when a bugger must be read.
