Error description
When compiling and running a test case that involves inserting and deleting records, the resulting executable produces a FS=30 upon the insert of a record.

Problem summary
USERS AFFECTED: COBOL for AIX clients using STL Relative and Indexed files may be affected by this issue. PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Delete and Rewrite could cause later Writes to fail with FS=30. There were a few cases where an updated index block did not get written, or was overlayed by a subsequent data block update.
Problem conclusion
The fix was to correct the errant calculations.
