Error description
When a user selects the Run-To-Location action in the remote debugger, it intermittently does not stop when the target statement is executed. This can happen when the COBOL v5 compiler is used with compiler options OPT(1) and TEST(NOEJPD).
Local fix
Recompile with either compiler option OPT(0) or TEST(EJPD), or both.
