Error description

• A QUERY OFFLOADED TO ACCELERATOR FAILED WITH SQLCODE -181.
  THE NETEZZA ERROR MESSAGE FOR -181 HAS BAD TIMESTAMP EXTERNAL
  REPRESENTATION.
  THE PROBLEM IS DUE TO A TIMESTAMP LITERAL WITHOUT MICROSECONDS
  WERE TRUNCATED IN THE REWRITTEN QUERY TEXT BY DB2.
  

Local fix

• APPLICATION CAN CHANGE TO PROVIDE THE TIMESTAMP LITERAL VALUE
  WITH MICROSECONDS TO AVOID THE ISSUE.
  THIS ISSUE STARTS TO HAPPEN AFTER THE APPLICATION OF PI48868.

  When there is a TIMESTAMP constant in an offloaded query and
  the TIMESTAMP constant contains no fractional seconds,
  SQL code -181 is returned.
  
  Example query:
    SELECT * FROM T1

          TIMESTAMP '2015-10-31 00:00:00'
    ;
  

Problem conclusion

• DB2 code is fixed so that a query with a TIMESTAMP constant is
  offloaded successfully.
