  *                      provide a menu of functions to          *
  *                      process a data set name on an           *
  *                      ISPF 3.4 list or ISPF data set list.    *

• 1. File Manager has been enhanced to include two
  percentage values for field statistics.
  a. Percentage compared - this is the existing
  statistic based on records of that type compared.
  b. Percentage changed - this is a new percentage
  based on the records of that type that have been
  changed.
  
  2. A new exec FMNR has been created to run a
  cut down version of a File Manager menu from an
  ISPF 3.4 data set list. All selectable functions will
  populate their respective entry panels with data set
  name adjacent to the command.
