Error description

• When running File Manager Data Set Copy (DSC) function with
  STATS=FORCE, statistics are not updated/created for changed
  PDS(E) members if the member does not have a valid ISPF member
  directory entry.

  IEBUPDTE will create a member directory entry with a 4 byte user
  data area, which is not a valid ISPF directory entry. File
  Manager is not updating the member statistics for non-ISPF
  directory entries.
  

Problem conclusion

• File Manager has been modified to resolve this issue.
