    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: An SQLCODE -904 occurs for a query that *
    * is accelerated, references a view, and *
    * the view contains a date, time or *
    *                      timestamp constant.                     *
    ****************************************************************
    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
    An SQLCODE -904 occurs for a query that is accelerated,
    references a view, and the view contains a date, time or
    timestamp constant. For example:

    CREATE VIEW TESTDATEV AS
    SELECT * FROM TESTDATE WHERE C15DATE > DATE'0001-01-01';

    A query that references TESTDATEV for acceleration will return
    SQLCODE -904.

Problem conclusion

  • DB2 code is fixed so that the date, time and timestamp constant
    in the view is processed properly.
