Error description

• Bursting a report intermittently fails with the following error:
  "XQE-GEN-0010 Found an internal error: 'Incorrect use of Cursor
  function- cursor not defined."
  
  The behavior is not consistent. For example: If a burst report
  should generate 40 outputs, it may fail when generating the 30th
  output or it may complete successfully. The exact output it
  fails on may vary between runs.
