  start a listener with IPADDR specifying a
  dotted-decimal address, when REVDNS(DISABLED)
  is in effect, or the equivalent service parm
  for PK88882 is enabled.

  *                      attempting to start a listener while    *
  *                      specifying an IPADDR parameter may      *
  *                      fail with CSQX205E.                     *

  When reverse DNS lookups are disabled via the REVDNS queue
  manager attribute and a listener is started specifying an IPADDR
  parameter value, the listener may fail to start, issuing a
  CSQX205E "Unable to resolve network address" message.
  
  This is caused by a change in the way the IP address parameter
  is passed in an internal function.
  

Problem conclusion

• Parameter passing format for IP addresses when REVDNS(DISABLED)
  is active has been reverted to its previous format.
